We are excited to announce the opening of our new Options Autism School - Claystone School in Luton, Bedfordshire. This brand-new school will cater for pupils with ASC and Complex Needs, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for them to thrive.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join our team. As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil's achievement and ability to develop. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a holistic approach to teaching, taking into account the diverse needs of each pupil.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.

You will also have the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the varying needs of each pupil, as well as being able to contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent
- Experience of teaching pupils with ASC and Complex Needs
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, term-time only
- Permanent contract
