Job Opportunity:

Access Talent Group is seeking a skilled Senior Pre-Construction Engineer to join their growing pre-construction team. This role is ideal for a Site Engineer looking to step into a managerial position or a Site Agent seeking a working office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction sites to achieve project delivery objectives, maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.
  • Deliver multiple ongoing projects to specified quality, required programme, and maximum commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, and Site staff to ensure project success.
  • Enforce HSE compliance, prepare HSE plans, and implement Quality control to avoid defects.
  • Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, controlling site labour and sub-contractors for safe and quality delivery.
  • Produce and manage project plans, RAMS, ITPs, and Waste Management Plans in line with Company Procedures and Management System.
  • Manage project programme under Conditions of Contract and appoint and manage suppliers and sub-contractors.

Candidate Requirements:

  • CSCS Card.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS or IOSH certification.
  • Good record-keeping skills and computer literacy.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Ability to work with design teams and Clients to create collaborative relationships.
  • Understanding of commercial requirements, including Conditions of Contract, contract specifications, and Health & Safety.
