About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing both internal teams and external service providers to ensure that planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities at the resort, including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas. You will work closely with our Operational Teams to project guest demand and team requirements, ensuring that our resort is always ready to deliver an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.
You will have a credible background in hard facilities management across a range of specialisms, with experience of leading large teams in a similar M&E infrastructure environment. You will be able to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even at periods of high demand, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
