Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Resorts leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing both internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.
The role will cover all facilities at the resort, including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas. The overall resort spans a large area with an annual repairs and maintenance budget of c£3m. This requires coordination and control to deliver a prompt, efficient, and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the resort complies with current statutory legislation, implementing processes to improve operations, and managing the budget to drive KPIs based on sales and costs in line with our business plan.
You will work closely with Operational Teams to project guest demand and team requirements. This is a dynamic role that requires thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and prioritizing the guest experience.
About You We are looking for an experienced Head of Facilities or Senior Facilities Manager with a strong operational background in hard facilities management across various specialisms.
Candidates should have a credible background in a similar M&E infrastructure environment, leading large teams that can handle the day-to-day running of a busy resort.
Key skills include leadership, motivation, and engagement of teams, even during periods of high demand. You should be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
