Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including all hard services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of internal staff and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure that all hard services are maintained and repaired to the highest standard, both planned and reactive.
- Liaise with the Operations Manager to plan for fluctuations in visitor numbers and ensure adequate cover at all times.
- Coach, develop, and mentor staff through regular one-to-ones and arrange training as appropriate.
- A skilled senior hard services professional with experience in a demanding 24-hour industry.
- Experience of team management, from recruitment to retention, including disciplinary matters.
- Commercial acumen and experience of managing budgets.
- A competitive salary of up to £60,000.
