About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Project Delivery and Portfolio Management to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall project delivery and portfolio management, ensuring the successful execution of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the delivery of all projects and programmes, aligning with our business strategy and objectives.
  • Responsible for budget management of the Capex portfolio, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective cost control.
  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Third Parties, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement quality and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to established KPIs and reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detailed financial and analytical abilities, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Ability to draw out key risks and opportunities, and summarize succinctly in report format.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
