Awarded One Of The UK's Best Companies To Work For, we are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) to join our team at Watermeadow Grange in Exeter. This role offers a salary of £50,000 per annum plus company benefits.

We are looking for a calm and professional individual with experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) to work alongside another Deputy Manager to assist the General Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will oversee the care of residents living at the home and ensure all aspects of the management meet the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and managing teams to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered;
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Ensuring the safe and effective administration of medication.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience as a RGN with active PIN registration;
  • Previous management or supervisory experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of the NMC code of Conduct and standards.
