Stevenage, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom HC-One Full time

About This Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our care home team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care services that meet the diverse needs of our residents.

In this role, you'll work closely with a Registered Nurse to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your duties will include assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.

We strive to deliver care that's tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences. It's about ensuring they maintain their dignity and sense of individuality while participating in general activities within the care home.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and it's essential that you're able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond if concerns arise.

These values guide everything we do, and we encourage our team members to embody them in their daily work.

We foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Our diverse workforce allows us to learn from each other and better represent the communities we serve.

We offer a range of benefits to support your overall well-being:
