About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Norwich. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred therapeutic support to our active and fun-loving young female client, assisting her with daily activities and promoting her independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and care to our client with complex needs
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Encourage and support our client to participate in activities and outings
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting children with complex needs (advantageous but not essential)
  • Knowledge of Norfolk Steps (advantageous but not essential)
  • Full training will be provided
  • Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
