About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team at Wren Kitchens in Barton. The successful candidate will work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure that safe systems of work are in place.
  • Develop and implement health and safety management reports to agreed deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to promote a positive health and safety culture.
  • Ensure that all operational activities on site are carried out safely and legally.
  • Conduct annual appraisals and KPI reporting.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering and maintaining health, safety, and environmental management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience leading accident investigations and have a NEBOSH General Certificate. Knowledge of ISO and Environmental A2 Permitting is also desirable.
