About The Role
We are seeking a Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team at Wren Kitchens. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site HSE Manager to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and in-house HS&E policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on legislative compliance and in-house HS&E policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure that safe systems of work are in place.
- Prepare and submit H&S management reports to agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement SHE culture.
- Ensure operational activities are carried out safely and legally.
- Annual appraisals and KPI reporting.
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven track record of delivering and maintaining Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems.
- Ability to develop and adapt strategies to encourage performance.
- Experience leading accident investigation.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Required).
- Knowledge of ISO and Environmental A2 Permitting.
- Solvent Management Plan knowledge.
