Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement statistically sound approaches for nonclinical safety studies.
  • Collaborate with scientists to provide critical experimental design input.
  • Develop automated statistical solutions to enhance study conduct and reporting.
  • Partner with data science groups to identify optimal solutions to scientific problems.
  • Deliver statistical training to scientists and promote statistical excellence.
Requirements:
  • M.S. in Statistics or Biostatistics with 2+ years of experience in applied statistics.
  • Proficiency in R programming (2+ years).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive annual base salary ($99,900 - $166,000).
  • Eligibility for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and health benefits.
