We are currently seeking an experienced Education Support Worker to join our team in the Havering area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering one-to-one sessions to young people who require additional support due to their Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your role will involve building positive relationships with your students, creating engaging lesson plans, and adapting your teaching approach to meet the individual needs of each child.
