About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Cambridge FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Monitor and respond to any incidents or emergencies in the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
- Ensure that all members and visitors follow pool rules and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to any queries or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.25, as well as a range of benefits including access to our pension scheme and discounted gym membership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
