Product Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Forecast, track, and deliver to financial targets and outcomes for our games.
  • Own high-level schedules for game development and product delivery, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Monitor systems, processes, and incident management to ensure seamless game operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing organization to optimize user acquisition and monetization strategies.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the games industry.
  • Proven track record of leading scaled games businesses and driving strategic growth.
  • Strong understanding of ad monetization, KPIs, and value chains.
  • Expert knowledge of the games ecosystem, including competitor landscape and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience in data investigation and A/B testing.
  • Ability to define key KPIs, standardize across the group, and provide clear direction.
