Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share for Hikvision UK & Ireland. This role requires a strong understanding of the regional market and the ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand distribution channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential Tier-1 distributors to diversify distribution channels.
- Develop new Tier-2 distributors for Hikvision brand, HIlook, EZVIZ, and other new businesses.
- Establish and track quarterly and annual sales targets for distributors.
- Coordinate business review meetings and review business development progress against agreed plans.
- Manage stock levels, stock rotations, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policy, price list, and special pricing issues.
- Deliver product and commercial education and training to business partners.
- Plan and implement marketing activities with the marketing team.
- Manage contract relationships with channel partners and ensure timely delivery of orders and collection of accounts receivable.
- Implement local sales processes, systems, tools, and channel policy guidelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical skills.
