We are currently seeking 7 graduates to join our expanding team in Medical Science, Finance & Commercial.

Our Graduate Program runs for 2 years and offers three different Programs, each with three rotations of 6 months each, with the 4th rotation based on your progress throughout the program. The three Programs are:
Medical Science Program- Collaborate with medical teams to support clinical research and development projects.
- Assist in the preparation and review of scientific reports, publications, and regulatory documents.
- Participate in medical advisory boards and contribute to medical education initiatives.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with the latest scientific advancements.
- Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in cost management, financial modeling, and risk assessment projects.
- Gain hands-on experience with financial systems and software.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Participate in product launches, promotional activities, and sales training programs.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
Our Graduate Program aims to develop you as an individual and as a professional within your chosen career. We will provide you with a bespoke learning program, develop your skills, and harness your strengths. Throughout your time with us, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent position across any of our teams, with the possibility of international placements across our UK, Ireland, and Europe.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking recent graduates with a degree in Medical Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry. Previous internship or work experience in any of the rotation areas is advantageous.
We're looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across various functions. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
