Job Description
We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing excellent care to young children.

About the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that each child receives the best possible start in life.

Salary Information
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting
* Working closely with our experienced team to ensure that each child receives the best possible start in life
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
* Communicating effectively with parents and carers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent. You should also have experience working in a nursery or childcare setting and a passion for helping children grow and learn.
