Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the clinical team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting them in areas such as medication management, resident assessments, and care reviews. Your role will involve providing person-centred care and support, respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating a warm and welcoming environment.
