Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claims from initial submission to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor daily and weekly warranty reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service.
- Verify invoices and credit notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer's warranty claims, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Highly organized and conscientious with proven experience in an administration environment.
- Exceptional PC skills and attention to detail.
- Superb communication skills and confidence to inspire trust in colleagues and customers.
- A driving license is required.
