About the Role
- Optimise sales and individual customer purchases to drive business growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling, working collaboratively with the team to meet business objectives
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth
What We're Looking For
- A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High motivation and a desire to succeed, with a willingness to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
- A proven ability to work well within a team, using initiative and creativity to drive results
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact, with a strong understanding of High Street fashion
