About the Role

BSC Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Activity Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of social activities and excursions for Young Learner students, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and young people, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safeguarding. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in their approach to meet the changing needs of the students.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of social activities and excursions for Young Learner students.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
  • Liaise with the Welfare Manager to record accidents, issues, or incidents, and note action taken relating to student welfare.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme.

Requirements:

  • Fluent or near-fluent in English.
  • Experience of working with children/teenagers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.

Salary: £490 per week (dependent on experience). Benefits: Meals provided, accommodation available, and ongoing training opportunities.
