**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team at Midas, a leading e-commerce business based in Droitwich. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our paid marketing campaigns forward and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads to achieve maximum ROI
* Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance
* Collaborate with designers to create engaging creative assets and drive innovative marketing concepts
* Lead influencer marketing efforts and oversee campaign execution
* Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to optimize campaign performance
* Manage and execute email marketing strategies aligned with our business calendar
* Ensure the seamless operation of our Shopify website
