Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations at our AGV site in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality and efficiency goals, collaborating with departments, and mentoring production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Mentor and train production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Enforce safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels with the procurement team.
  • Analyse production data to propose enhancements for productivity and cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in production management software.
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Mechanical qualification in a relevant discipline.
