Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Management Lead to join our team at Geary's Bakeries Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production processes to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their targets.
- Implement and maintain best practices in food safety and health and safety.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and delivery of products.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role in a bakery or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
