This is a permanent role with a six-figure salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
- Manage internal workstreams and projects, ensuring efficient delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct in-depth research on current and future regulatory requirements, staying ahead of the curve in compliance trends.
- Offer pre-approved regulatory guidance and compliance advice to clients, serving as a trusted advisor in their regulatory journey.
- Take a lead role in identifying and developing business opportunities, driving growth and innovation within the organisation.
- Lead the delivery of client projects/engagements, from initiation to final reporting, with precision and excellence.
Candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory/advisory consultancy or an FCA regulated financial services background are required.
Industry/compliance qualifications (QCF Level 4 or higher) and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
Your ability to manage conflicting demands, delegate effectively, and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge will set you apart.
