Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering external refurbishment projects on a number of scattered occupied properties within the Hounslow area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control the overall direction and maintain financial control of the contract
  • Work in partnership with clients and client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Cost control and subcontractor management
  • Implement short, mid, and long-term programs for various work streams
  • Carry out onsite inspections, undertake investigations, prepare reports, and offer solutions for continuous improvement
  • Hand over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicators
  • Liaise with clients and contract administrators
  • Health and safety on the site
  • Management and control of site administration and staff
  • Scheduling and procurement of materials
  • Chair sub-contractor progress meetings
  • Liaise with design teams, client representatives, and consultants
  • Program works using MS Project

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering similar projects, including external cladding, with a reputable main contractor
  • Proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
