Shift Pattern: Day shift

Pay rate: Day rate per day (PAYE ONLY)

Duration: 8 months project

Location: Henfield

SkyBlue has an exciting opportunity for an experienced civils Site Manager to join our client on a joint venture, working on a large - scale water improvement project.

The project specifically focuses on the following: Waste Water site, civils shallow drainage, Ducts Draw pits, FRC Bases, kerbs concrete finishing.

The successful Site Managers duties will be, however not limited to:

  • Oversee site setup and construction activities.
  • Plan and manage resources and subcontractors.
  • Enforce safety standards.
  • Initiate client contacts and attend meetings.
  • Handle complex civil works.
  • Conduct safety briefings.
  • Read drawings and manage materials.
  • Procure plant and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Liaise with subcontractors.
  • Manage multiple projects.

The successful Site Manager will possess the following:

  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS NVQ Level 6.
  • First Aid at Work certification.
  • TWC CITB Training.
  • Confined Space Management training.
  • Civils experience in site management (Water/highways).
