Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our client's team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to take on a varied and challenging role, working closely with clients to assess risks and develop strategies to promote health and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Health, with experience in conducting workplace assessments, risk assessments, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace assessments to identify potential health and safety risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize harm and promote health.
- Provide clear guidance and support to employees on health and wellbeing matters.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A qualified nurse with an Occupational Health certification.
- Prior experience in Occupational Health, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
