We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team at the Kepak Group in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of client accounts and enhancing our current customer service standards.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English and business fluency in German, both written and spoken. Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales administration role is essential, as well as outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. You will deliver exceptional customer relationship management and professionalism, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring prompt and professional communication to address all inquiries, and delivering exceptional sales coordination and follow-up. You will also prepare engaging presentations for internal and external meetings and handle general sales administration tasks aligned with the needs of the sales team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in English
