FitzRoy services in Uckfield provide support to six adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will join an established and caring team of support workers and managers, working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of activities and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with their daily needs, including personal care and activities.
- Encourage and enable individuals to participate in community activities, such as day services, social outings, and fundraising events.
- Assist with transportation and mobility, using company vehicles.
Requirements
- A full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and sleep-ins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.25 per hour weekdays and £12.38 weekends.
- Overtime pay: + £2.50 per hour.
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
- 30 days holiday per year.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents have access to the activities and support they need to live fulfilling lives.
