Senior Marketing Executive

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing tactics that drive inbound leads and accelerate touchpoints within our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business results, including planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to source, run, and monitor the best channels for inbound lead generation, ensuring efficient routing to sales.
- Oversee the creation and send of central email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture emails, and auto-replies, and develop internal communications plans to empower local sales teams.
- Use marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to plan and build marketing automation that delivers a great customer experience, including workflows, lists, and chatbots.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and demand generation.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising across social media and Google, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
