Job Opportunity

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their Fleet team.

This exciting role will allow you to service and repair vehicles in a safe and economical manner, utilizing your skills and knowledge as required, including the ability to diagnose faults with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your schedule and having responsibility for your own revenue.
  • Travelling to customers' premises and assisting in repairing mechanical issues.
  • Observing, recognizing, and reporting on vehicle or component defects or symptoms of impending failure.
  • Examining vehicles completely and reporting on their condition, safety, and reliability.
  • Protecting vehicles under repair against damage.
  • Attending recognized courses of instruction as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Level 2 City and Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
  • Experience in diagnostics and using computers.
  • A full, UK driving license.
  • A positive, right-first-time attitude.
  • A strong team player mentality.
  • The ability to work to a very high standard.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
