Our client, GDTalent Limited, is a renowned global training provider that has established itself as a market leader in several countries.
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for aggressively prospecting and building a pipeline of deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Build a strong understanding of our client's products and services, including face-to-face training and e-learning solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to target businesses and close deals, with typical deal sizes ranging from £5k to £25k.
• Over time, you will be expected to sell larger deals, potentially up to £500k.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
• Work closely with the account management team to ensure seamless customer relationships.
**What We Offer**
• A competitive salary range of £35-40k.
• A first-year OTE of at least £60k, with uncapped commission opportunities.
• A hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days per week in the office.
