About the Role:
The Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Care Home Manager to lead one of our residential homes for adults with Learning Disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
- Manage a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
- Work closely with service users, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and they can enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.
- Develop and implement strategies for the home's expansion, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Engage with staff development, including supporting Deputy Managers in their progression and providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a care home setting, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
- Hold a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A commitment to improving service standards and resident wellbeing, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and services.
