About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury In-Room Dining Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our in-room dining team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process guest in-room dining orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication and accurate preparation of in-room dining orders.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's room service menu and communicate effectively with guests to assist in their selections.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms.
  • Provide support during peak hours, adapting to the dynamic nature of in-room dining demands in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of in-room dining service.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar in-room dining or food and beverage role within a luxury 5-star hotel. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests. You will also have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple orders and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
