Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Outreach Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Devon Partnership NHS Trust Clinician, you will work in collaboration with other LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism colleagues, as well as colleagues from 'The Brook', our 10-bedded Learning Disability and Autism inpatient unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Triage and assess complex care needs
  • Develop and deliver care packages
  • Liaise with partner agencies and families

Requirements:

  • Extensive clinical knowledge
  • Excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act knowledge
  • Interpersonal, communication, formulation and risk assessment skills
About the Salary

The salary for this role is £46,148.00-£52,809.00 per year, which is competitive and reflects the level of responsibility involved. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
