We are looking for a Head of Payments Strategy to join our team, responsible for shaping our company's payments strategy and driving innovation in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive payments strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize features, balancing commercial value, organizational value, and risk.
  • Evaluate and manage risks associated with product development, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a product management or similar role, preferably within the software industry and with a background in Payment/Financial Services.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
