Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough dental examinations, including X-rays and visual inspections, to diagnose and treat various conditions.
• Provide personalized patient education on maintaining good oral health, emphasizing prevention over treatment.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet patient needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree and valid registration with the relevant dental authority.
• Proven expertise in general dentistry, including restorative and preventive care, with a focus on patient satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
