Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Reed. As a Car Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most appropriate product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most appropriate product.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, adapting to the customer's buying strategy and encouraging test drives.
  • Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance arrangements directly with customers, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any additional services or work required before delivery.
  • Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future business.
  • Plan and organise your daily selling activities, such as making calls to sales prospects to generate new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
