About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our South West regional team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influencing and supporting our focus on inclusion, wellbeing, development, managing change, and engagement.

As a People Business Partner, you will work collaboratively with Assistant Directors and General Managers to think strategically about their teams and operational performance. You will support the implementation of people programmes and initiatives in the region, working closely with the central People team and subject experts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of broad HR Business Partnering with senior leaders, significant generalist Human Resources and Organisational Development experience, and a confident, credible, and highly collaborative approach. You will be an experienced coach and advisor, bringing expertise, perspective, and pragmatism to the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to inform regional and national plans to support our new strategy
  • Support the implementation of people programmes and initiatives in the region
  • Work collaboratively with the central People team and subject experts
  • Develop and deliver projects to deliver great results
  • Enable and engage people, promoting an inclusive and collaborative approach
