Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Management Specialist to join our team at PriceSenz. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance in developing and analyzing the organization's grant program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist staff in managing and coordinating the development and maintenance of the annual grant portfolio and provide administrative support for the Grants Management Branch.
  • Review annual grant progress reports and new grants for conformity to Institute policy, compliance with Federal regulations, and consistency with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Provide advice and guidance on statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures related to the award grant program.
  • Assist staff in reviewing grant applications and preparing responses.
  • Conduct administrative and financial reviews of grant applications.
  • Create and maintain a database for grant activities.
  • Perform queries, conduct analysis, and produce reports.
  • Provide support and routine updates to staff.
  • Identify grants that are ready for final processing.
  • Review and assemble completed documentation and identify pending issues or changes.
  • Develop procedures for the grant review and approval process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
  • Masters Degree in a related discipline or three years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree.
  • Strong knowledge of grant policy and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with grant management software.
  • Knowledge of nursing and related fields.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
