The Goods Receiver is a key member of our team at The Ivy Collection, responsible for overseeing the back-of-house deliveries and ensuring they are received, checked, and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen delivery HACCP and reporting of shorted items
- Have a strong understanding of professional kitchen health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Area Chefs to ensure seamless delivery and inventory management
