Bedroom Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bedroom Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Hoar Cross Hall. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality in our bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) duties in the bedrooms, working from provided jobsheets and ensuring all tasks are completed as required.
  • Inspect and maintain bedroom facilities, including lighting, furniture, and equipment, to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
