A prestigious IFA practice is looking for a skilled Support Team Member to join their team in Farnham, Surrey.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to:

• Input client data into the Prestwood system

• Manage new business administration efficiently, including client communication and document collection

• Ensure file completeness and accuracy

• Liaise with product providers and financial institutions

• Provide administrative support to financial advisers, including meeting preparation and agenda coordination

In due course, the role may involve:

• Attending client meetings and scheduling follow-up actions

• Conducting research and analysis of financial data

• Preparing fee estimates and financial plans

• Writing suitability reports and handling tax returns

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a salary range of £32-34k per annum, plus bonuses and profit share, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
