Educational Support Staff Member

We have an exciting opportunity for qualified teachers to join our team as Secondary Supply Teachers. In this role, you will provide critical support to schools in Oxford, ensuring continuity of learning when regular classroom teachers are absent.
This position allows for a flexible approach to teaching, giving you the chance to adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of your students.
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their academic and personal growth.
- A minimum of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience teaching in a classroom setting, ideally spanning multiple key stages, is highly valued.
- Flexible working hours, typically between 08:30 and 15:30.
