Oxford Royale, a renowned UK-based education company, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Academic Student Advisers. As a key member of our summer programme team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and enriching experience for students from around the world.

Based at one of our prestigious summer sites in Oxford, Cambridge, or London, you will work approximately 40 hours per week across six days, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Our programmes cater to international students aged 13-18, running from July to mid-August.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring student safety during activities and routines, addressing any concerns promptly, and acting as the first point of contact for student issues. You will also represent Oxford Royale's values and professionalism, building positive relationships with students and staff.

Key responsibilities include engaging with students daily, helping plan and execute activities and excursions, and supporting academic programs, debates, and public speaking. Collaboration and leadership are essential skills, as you will work closely with other counsellors, junior deans, and leadership to set high standards of safety and behaviour.

We offer a competitive salary of £9,000 - £10,800 for a 2-6 week contract, plus training pay of £95 per day. Join us and contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our students
