About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support and lead projects to deliver projects from concept design to the RIBA Stage 3 draft Contractor Proposal stages.
  2. Work alongside the Education Lead to develop and implement design and modelling processes.
  3. Responsible for leading a team of engineers, energy modellers, and BIM technicians to deliver projects.
  4. Manage the project through the Final Contractor Proposal stage and oversee the construction stages.
  5. Support the development of our design and modelling processes and the associated team through having a deep understanding of the business modelling and BIM requirements to meet the DfE requirements.
Requirements
  1. Client engagement through the CEM (Client engagement meeting) process and fast-track pace required for these projects.
  2. Leading several different projects simultaneously.
