The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps, with experience in managing and leading teams, developing and implementing secure software delivery practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

You will work closely with our engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain secure software delivery pipelines, ensuring that all applications meet the required security standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our cybersecurity teams to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure software delivery pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle
  • Develop and implement DevSecOps tools and practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and automation tools
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Manage and lead teams, including developers, QA engineers, and security specialists
Requirements
  • Strong background in software engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps
  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Developing and implementing secure software delivery practices
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker
  • Knowledge of IaC practices and automation tools, such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM
