This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. ARM is a specialist talent acquisition and management consultancy, providing technical contingency recruitment and resource solutions. We cover various industries, including Defence and Aerospace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing software test and integration plans. They will also be expected to develop scripts and integrate automated testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines and a wider ecosystem of tools. Additionally, they will debug and identify defects in the whole stack, from front-end to back-end database and middleware.

Key qualifications include experience in the field of Test and Integration, Agile and DevSecOps software delivery, and Agile Development using SCRUM. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in developing GitLab CI/CD Pipelines, Commercial and Open Source automated testing frameworks, and working with Git, Atlassian suite, Jira, Confluence or similar. A knowledge of functional and non-functional aspects of a system and automated analysis and reporting of test results is also essential.

This is a permanent role with a negotiable salary based on experience and seniority. The location is in Gloucester, and the successful candidate will be working alongside a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.
